Vice President of Operations – Los Angeles, CA

A growing multi-unit restaurant organization is searching for a senior operational leader to oversee approximately 18–20 full-service locations across the Western United States. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company’s continued growth and shape the guest experience for a respected hospitality group.

Vice President of Operations Requirements & Qualifications

  • Senior multi-unit leadership experience within full-service restaurants
  • Experience overseeing a large group of restaurants (15+ locations)
  • Strong understanding of financial performance, including sales, labor, and profitability
  • Proven ability to coach and develop General Managers and regional leaders
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
  • Must be based in the Los Angeles area

Vice President of Operations Preferred Background & Skills

  • Hands-on operator who thrives in the field, engaging with restaurant teams
  • Experience supporting leadership development and building management bench strength

Vice President of Operations Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership for 18–20 restaurant locations across the Western region
  • Monitor and improve sales performance, labor management, and profitability metrics
  • Coach and develop General Managers and regional leaders for ongoing growth
  • Ensure operational standards and a consistent guest experience across all restaurants
  • Identify performance trends and implement improvements in partnership with executive leadership
  • Support a visible, engaged presence in restaurants while aligning and holding leaders accountable across the region
