A national Hotel Management Group seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager with Marriott experience to lead its Team in executing the highest level of Guest Service at its property in Key West, with FREE Housing in a 2 Bedroom Condo! The ideal candidate will possess a strong tenure at Marriott properties, hands-on Leadership, renovation/PIP experience, and excellent Guest relations. We are looking for a Hotel Ambassador and Team Builder to establish a level of service beyond guests' expectations. Hotel General Manager Benefits (Total Compensation Package with Paid Housing of $140,000+!) :

  • Salary – $80,000 to $90,000

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Train, Lead, Mentor, and develop team members to consistently provide a memorable Guest experience
  • Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to, Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering
  • Identify property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
  • Prepare operational budgets facilitating financial planning and expense control
  • Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
  • Serve as the Brand Ambassador in the Community 

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of full-service General Manager experience
  • Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
  • Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record in delivering financial results
  • Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
  • Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of positive associate satisfaction scores
