We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant/Assistant Controller to join our growing Finance team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, providing insightful analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. You will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, collaborating with various departments, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the duties in the month end close process, including preparing journal entries and conducting account reconciliations
• Maintain the General Ledger and compliance with GAAP
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and collections
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist with external audits and tax preparation
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Accounting or equivalent role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments
• Proficiency in accounting software systems, such as QuickBooks Online and Bill.com a plus
• Knowledge of GAAP and relevant accounting regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
