A high-energy, chef-driven Mexican social kitchen is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations and elevate the guest experience. This concept blends scratch-made cuisine, vibrant cocktails, and a lively atmosphere, and is looking for a hands-on leader with strong hospitality instincts and a passion for great food.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily FOH operations and ensure smooth, consistent, high-quality service
  • Train, coach, and develop staff in hospitality, service standards, and teamwork
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor with excellent table touches and guest engagement
  • Oversee scheduling, labor control, and shift planning
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant dining room environment
  • Partner with the culinary team to ensure precise execution and timing
  • Assist with inventory checks, cost awareness, and sales reporting
  • Uphold brand culture, team morale, and a positive work environment

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience (upscale casual or polished casual preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience developing teams and maintaining service standards
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
