Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • Hands-on, in-the-trenches management style

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant GM experience
  • Strong knowledge of the P&L – ability to manage all cost areas
  • Fully responsible for all orders, inventories, training, and development
