We are looking for a professional, polished, and personable General Manager for our luxury resort. Ideal candidates will have experience in destination areas and will manage with a transformational, collaborative leadership style.

Luxury Resort General Manager Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a General Manager for a multi-faceted Luxury resort
High level of financial acumen and responsibility
Experience with Full Service Spa
Experience with full-service restaurants
Experience with destination locations preferred
Experience with condo hotels and property management required
Transformational and collaborative leadership style

Luxury Resort General Manager Responsibilities;

Manage team members with respect, integrity, and consistency
Recruit, train, and hire top-quality candidates for leadership and hourly positions
Work with ownership and stakeholders to create dynamic experiences and unique offerings
Ensure the financial performance of the property
Foster a positive culture of continuous professional development and career growth
Other duties as assigned
