We’re looking for a Pool Maintenance Technician to service and maintain residential swimming pools, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and operating properly. This hands-on role includes water testing and balancing, cleaning pool surfaces, inspecting equipment, and identifying potential repairs while providing great customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine pool cleaning, maintenance, and water chemistry balancing
  • Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment; report or assist with repairs as needed
  • Complete seasonal services such as pool winterization
  • Document service visits, chemical readings, and work performed
  • Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment
  • Communicate with customers regarding maintenance needs or recommended upgrades

Qualifications

  • Pool maintenance experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying conditions
