EXECUTIVE CHEF SCRATCH ITALIAN

EXECUTIVE CHEF SCRATCH ITALIAN REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess a people-first mindset
Must be knowledgeable regarding basics of professional cookery and able to execute menu
Experience with Scratch upscale Italian cuisine highly preferred
Degree from an accredited culinary arts program highly preferred
3 to 5 years experience as a chef manager or similar leadership role
High volume experience is a must
A mix of corporate and independent restaurant experiences
Proven experience leading and developing BOH teams

EXECUTIVE CHEF SCRATCH ITALIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads BOH shift operations
Assures food cost, prep, and service are executed accordingly
Product and menu knowledge
Excels at managing culinary service and catering and/or private party preparation and execution
Upholds the highest standards of cleanliness and organization for the kitchen and team
Verifies that all opening and closing checklists are completed
Provides accountability when necessary
Assigns responsibility and accountability for tasks and decisions
