Telehealth Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

A rapidly expanding healthcare startup is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in New York to join a collaborative clinical team delivering telehealth urgent and primary care services. What You’ll Do

• Conduct virtual urgent care and primary care visits through a telehealth platform
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patient conditions within scope of practice
• Prescribe medications in compliance with telehealth regulations
• Identify cases requiring escalation or referral for in-person care
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to Medicaid and Medicare populations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Contribute to a high-performing clinical team in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Active New York Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Active Medicaid provider enrollment (Medicaid ID required at time of hire)
• Active Medicare provider enrollment
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience (urgent care or primary care preferred)
• Comfortable treating Medicaid and Medicare patient populations
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a technology-driven environment

Preferred

• DEA license in good standing
• Previous telehealth experience
• Experience in fast-paced or high-volume care settings
