Telehealth Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

A rapidly expanding healthcare startup is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in New York to join a collaborative clinical team delivering telehealth urgent and primary care services. What You’ll Do
- Conduct virtual urgent care and primary care visits through a telehealth platform
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patient conditions within scope of practice
- Prescribe medications in compliance with telehealth regulations
- Identify cases requiring escalation or referral for in-person care
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to Medicaid and Medicare populations
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Contribute to a high-performing clinical team in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Active New York Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Active Medicaid provider enrollment (Medicaid ID required at time of hire)
- Active Medicare provider enrollment
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience (urgent care or primary care preferred)
- Comfortable treating Medicaid and Medicare patient populations
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a technology-driven environment
Preferred
- DEA license in good standing
- Previous telehealth experience
- Experience in fast-paced or high-volume care settings
