This iconic luxury beachfront resort in Honolulu, HI is seeking a hands-on Resort Manager to oversee full property operations. This highly visible executive leads Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Security while driving financial performance, union workforce leadership, and elevated guest experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong resort-level operational expertise, union management experience, and solid financial acumen in a luxury environment.

Resort Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee profitable operations of Rooms, F&B, Engineering, and Security
- Drive revenue, control expenses, and achieve GOP targets
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and CapEx planning
- Elevate service culture and luxury standards
- Maintain strong guest and staff presence
- Partner with GM on strategic initiatives
- Oversee compliance, risk management, and safety
- Recruit and develop division leaders
Resort Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years Resort Manager or Hotel Manager experience in a luxury resort
- Union management experience required
- Strong P&L and forecasting oversight
- Multi-division leadership (Rooms + F&B required)
- Proven ability to lead cultural change
- Hands-on leadership style
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
