Now Hiring: Multi-Unit People Engagement Manager (Field-Based)

Are you a people-first HR professional who thrives in the field and loves building strong teams? We’re looking for a Multi-Unit People Engagement Manager to support multiple fast food locations and partner closely with leaders to create a positive, consistent employee experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being present with teams, coaching leaders, and driving engagement across a fast-paced, multi-unit operation.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a visible HR partner across multiple locations
Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
Support managers with employee relations, performance management, coaching, and corrective action
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with labor laws
Partner with field leadership to identify people-related challenges and solutions
Support onboarding, training, and leadership development initiatives
Conduct or assist with employee investigations when needed

What We’re Looking For

3+ Years of previous work expierence in fast food
Bi-Lingual English & Spanish is REQUIRED
Multi-unit or field-based experience preferred
Previous work expierence with fast food or in fast food HR role REQUIRED
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable traveling between locations
