Now Hiring: Multi-Unit People Engagement Manager / HR Generalist (Field-Based)
Are you a people-first HR professional who thrives in the field and loves building strong teams? We’re looking for a Multi-Unit People Engagement Manager / HR Generalist to support multiple locations and partner closely with leaders to create a positive, consistent employee experience.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being present with teams, coaching leaders, and driving engagement across a fast-paced, multi-unit operation.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a visible HR partner across multiple locations
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
- Support managers with employee relations, performance management, coaching, and corrective action
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with labor laws
- Partner with field leadership to identify people-related challenges and solutions
- Support onboarding, training, and leadership development initiatives
- Conduct or assist with employee investigations when needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of HR Generalist or People Operations experience
- Multi-unit or field-based experience preferred
- Background in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or service industries a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable traveling between locations
- Practical, solutions-oriented HR approach
- Bi-Lingual English& Spanish
