General Manager – Fast Casual Restaurant
We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant, oversee daily operations, and create an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong team builder with solid operational and financial leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience with financial accountability
- Strong leadership and team-development abilities
- Solid understanding of operations, service standards, and cost management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a typical restaurant environment.
