Bar General Manager Qualifications:

  • Hands-on GM Restaurant or Bar leadership experience in Hospitality operations; must have Supervisory experience
  • Experience leading a team with integrity and accountability
  • Demonstrates the ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and team member satisfaction
  • Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates team management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills, and ability to motivate and drive others
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and does not need to be micromanaged
  • Must be available to work late nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays
