Bar General Manager Qualifications:

Hands-on GM Restaurant or Bar leadership experience in Hospitality operations; must have Supervisory experience
Experience leading a team with integrity and accountability
Demonstrates the ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and team member satisfaction
Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates team management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills, and ability to motivate and drive others
Self-starter who takes initiative and does not need to be micromanaged
Must be available to work late nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays
