We are seeking an experienced Commercial Painting Project Manager to oversee multiple large-scale projects across the Triangle and beyond. This role requires a true painting professional (not flooring or general finishes) with a strong background managing commercial and high-rise work.

Projects range from small service jobs ($1,500) to multi-million-dollar contracts, including major office buildings, hotels, and mixed-use developments. You will typically manage 10–15 projects at a time, coordinating crews, schedules, materials, safety, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Extensive experience in commercial painting operations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with foremen, supers, and clients
  • Experience with large buildings, hospitality, and mixed-use construction

This is a key role for someone who understands production, logistics, and quality control in high-volume commercial painting environments.
