Our client is seeking a highly-qualified Senior Sales Manager for their award-winning boutique, full-service resort property in southeastern Nebraska. This unique opening offers endless opportunities for growth and collaboration throughout the company network. The ideal candidate has recent and significant experience at an upscale resort in a Senior Sales Manager capacity and a passion to effectively work with a team while demonstrating high integrity at all times.
Senior Sales Manager Perks:
- Base salary up to $70k
- Bonus/Commission, quarterly & yearly

Senior Sales Manager Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-10 years recent experience as a successful Senior Sales Manager or Director in a full-service, upscale hotel or resort at both branded AND independent properties with over 200 rooms
- Strong aptitude for technology
- Solid tenure and career progression
- Integrity-driven and people-focused
- Ability and desire to travel to southeastern Nebraska property for the duration of the training period and approximately 2x/week thereafter
- Able to produce three professional references prior to employment offer
