Machine Set-Up Operator Technician Responsibilities

Independently set up and operate moderately complex various manufacturing equipment that requires specialized skill or expertise.
Proficient in all aspects of inspection gages for the area after training period end and ability to train other employees
Maintain a safe workplace for self and fellow team members via compliance of safety policies and procedures

Machine Set-Up Operator Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
High mechanical aptitude

Machine Set-Up Operator Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed minimum 2% quarterly bonus.
