Recruiting Partner Position Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking an independent, self-motivated individual for the role of Recruiting Partner. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional time management skills, focus on results-based activities, and exhibit a professional demeanor. The Recruiting Partner will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving the sales process, and closing deals with authority.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activities in accordance with a consistent plan, demonstrating discipline and aggressiveness in executing the sales process.
  • Build and maintain congruent relationships with clients and candidates, emphasizing in-person interactions whenever possible.
  • Employ strong closing techniques to secure successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.
  • Operate from a home office environment, ensuring it meets Goodwin Recruiting brand standards for professionalism and is free from distractions or interruptions.
  • Utilize own computer and internet connection to carry out recruiting activities, adhering to Goodwin Recruiting's standards.
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and facilitating placements.
  • Set individual goals and develop strategies to achieve them, working independently to minimize distractions and maximize productivity.
  • Demonstrate business maturity and acumen, taking ownership of personal success and adhering to established processes and standards.
  • Participate actively in ongoing training and development programs provided by Goodwin Recruiting, leveraging resources to drive sales and foster client relationships.
  • Embrace a culture of honesty, accountability, and inclusivity, contributing positively to the collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of self-motivation, taking initiative, and achieving targets in a commission-based role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a remote/home office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening and effective negotiation.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Goodwin Recruiting's partner program is a great way to kick off your journey into recruiting. It sets you up with all the crucial skills you need to thrive in the world of recruitment and business development. And the best part? You can experience it from the comfort of your home office! At Goodwin Recruiting, we provide an in-depth training program through an online learning platform. Our goal is to offer valuable resources, go over essential recruitment principles, cover technical skills, and instill our core business values. 

The program's structured schedule is like a roadmap that helps everyone stay on top of things with clear daily plans. Instead of just sitting and listening, you'll be diving into self-guided videos, group sessions, Goodwin Recruiting culture, and applying your new skills as you go for a real hands-on learning experience. At Goodwin Recruiting, we're all about helping you grow in your own way. We kick things off with personalized coaching and clear goal-setting for the first six months post program. But it doesn't stop there – we stick with you to provide ongoing support and guidance while reinforcing areas for improvement. Our goal is to instill our company values and create a strong sense of unity among our team. This program isn't just about picking up new skills; it's about giving you the power to build your own future within a supportive and values-driven environment. 

Career Path

Entry Point and Enhanced Opportunities All independent contractors begin their partnership as a recruiting partner and have various opportunities to grow their income through increased commissions, up to 60%.

Entry Point: Recruiter

  • Recruiter earns 48% on sales commissions to start
  • Independent Contractor Status

Senior Recruiter

  • Once $50K is achieved in recruiting sales and four recruiting fee agreements are signed, title is updated to Senior Recruiting Partner, and commission increases to 50% on placements
  • An additional $1K-$3K kicker is paid out if Senior Recruiting Partner status is achieved within first 6 months
  • Quarterly cash in amounts can awards up to 5% in additional commissions
  • Annual cash in amounts can award an additional $1K-$20K kicker, paid out annually

Recruiting Coach

The Recruiting Coach program is designed to recognize high performers and strong ambassadors of the Goodwin Recruiting Brand. This opportunity will allow our current recruiters to invest time coaching and developing newer or struggling recruiters on their team. Additional commissions of 3% are awarded for their time commitment and dedication to growing our partners’ success.

For those partners who are high performers and strong ambassadors of the Goodwin Recruiting Brand while demonstrating the commitment and skill set to be a leader, there are additional opportunities in a leadership role as we continue to grow as an organization. There are opportunities to grow in both a support and coaching role as well as potential other opportunities that may arise with the aggressive growth at Goodwin Recruiting.
