Meet Stacey

Stacey joined Goodwin Recruiting in 2016, bringing a dynamic blend of recruiting, training, and sales expertise to her role. Her background in hospitality and client-facing sales gives her a unique understanding of what drives performance, culture, and long-term success within teams. As both a Senior Recruiter as well as a Learning & Resource Specialist at Goodwin Recruiting, she not only identifies top talent but also mentors and develops recruiting professionals, helping them to sharpen their skills and build lasting partnerships.

Before transitioning fully into recruiting, Stacey was a sales representative for National Distributing in the Orlando market, where she managed an account base of more than 100 clients and specialized in fine wine and spirits. She later launched her own recruiting company and supported a rapidly growing local Orlando organization with ongoing management hiring needs. She refers to joining Goodwin Recruiting in 2016 one of the best decisions of her career.

Originally from Massachusetts and now based in Orlando, FL with her husband Corey and their sons, Evan and Dylan, Stacey has found a career that allows her to thrive both professionally and personally. She is energized by the enthusiastic “yes” from a candidate accepting an offer and the satisfaction of a client who has just secured a top performer. Changing lives and strengthening businesses fuels her every day.
