“The biggest AI mistake Montero sees is a resume with no actual facts or details in the bullets under each job. AI produces vague filler when you don’t give it good details to work with, she explains. “

“A strong candidate is a strong candidate whether or not they interact with our AI Recruiter,” she says. “And a candidate with poor tenure can’t overcome that by engaging with AI.”
