Based in Indiana, Miguel brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the quick-service restaurant industry, including over 21 years with McDonald’s. As a Director of Operations for a McDonald’s franchisee, he oversaw 13 restaurant locations generating more than $52 million in annual sales. His extensive operational background has equipped him with a deep understanding of team leadership, business growth, and the qualities that drive success in the restaurant industry.

Throughout his career, Miguel has led operations across multiple markets, from Massachusetts to the Carolinas and now the Midwest, giving him firsthand insight into diverse teams, regional hiring trends, and evolving business challenges.
