Meka Wilson joined Goodwin Recruiting with a background rooted in recruiting, hospitality, culinary experiences, sales, relationship management, and real estate industry expertise. She specializes in real estate and sales recruiting, as well as legal recruiting focused within the real estate sector, partnering with law firms, brokerages, and growing organizations to identify high-impact talent.

Prior to recruiting, Meka built a career centered around client relationships, business development, and strategic partnerships. Her professional experience includes working alongside nationally recognized brands such as KitchenAid, JennAir, Maytag, and Lowe’s Home Improvement, where she developed a strong foundation in sales, customer engagement, and operational excellence.

Her extensive exposure to the real estate industry has given her valuable insight into the fast-paced, relationship-driven nature of both sales and legal environments. This industry knowledge allows her to understand not only the technical qualifications needed for a role, but also the personality fit, communication style, and long-term goals that contribute to successful placements.

She currently serves as President of the Xavier University of Louisiana Atlanta Alumni Chapter, where she leads scholarship fundraising, alumni engagement, and community outreach efforts.
