Director of Operations Responsibilities Include:

Creating a fun, welcoming, and all-inclusive environment for employees and guests!
Build a customer-focused culture of hospitality where everyone is treated as a friend!
Developing team members for success while developing your skills for future growth!
Educating all staff members on matters relating to food safety, cleanliness, operations, and profits!
Providing direction and positive support to a team of District Managers while all being aligned on company culture and goals!

Director of Operations Qualifications Include:

An outgoing person who loves speaking with people and being a member of a team!
Strong desire to lead a team of people and build a team culture through positivity and creativity!
4+ years of experience in a Director or above role with experience overseeing at least 20 locations!
Current Serv Safe Certification!
Expert financial profit and loss experience!
Previous experience creating and managing budgets!
