Director of Operations – Multi-Unit Hospitality Group

An exciting opportunity to join a growing, dynamic hospitality group as a Director of Operations, overseeing multiple unique concepts with a strong focus on operational excellence, team development, and guest experience.

This role will directly manage a high-profile, high-volume flagship property while also providing strategic oversight and support to two additional locations. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on operator and a big-picture thinker—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build systems, develop leaders, and drive consistent performance across multiple units.

What You’ll Do:

Provide day-to-day leadership for a flagship, high-volume concept
Oversee operations and performance of two additional properties
Build, mentor, and develop strong management teams across all locations
Drive financial performance, including P&L management, cost controls, and revenue growth
Ensure consistency in service standards, brand execution, and guest experience
Partner with ownership and senior leadership on strategic initiatives and expansion
Implement and refine systems, processes, and operational efficiencies

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Director of Operations or multi-unit leader in hospitality
Strong financial acumen with a track record of improving profitability
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and hold teams accountable
Experience overseeing high-volume, complex operations
Passion for hospitality, culture-building, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Ability to balance strategic oversight with in-the-weeds execution

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $145,000 – $150,000
20% performance bonus
Comprehensive benefits package
401(k)
