This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys translating data into actionable insights that drive business performance. You’ll play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, improving visibility across the organization, and supporting executive decision-making at the highest level.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the company’s annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Own management reporting, KPI frameworks, and executive dashboards
  • Partner closely with the CFO and leadership team to provide financial insights and scenario analysis
  • Drive cross-functional operating reviews across revenue, cost, R&D, and operations
  • Analyze variances, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
  • Support board and investor reporting, including preparation of executive-level materials
  • Collaborate with Accounting to ensure alignment between forecasts and actuals
  • Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team, including systems, processes, and tools
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects as the business scales

What We’re Looking For

  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
  • Proven experience partnering with a CFO and executive leadership team
  • Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, KPI development, and performance management
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, executive-level insights
  • Experience in multi-entity and/or high-growth environments
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting board-level and investor reporting
  • Background in technology, services, manufacturing, or related industries
  • Track record of building and scaling FP&A teams and processes

Why This Role

  • Direct exposure to executive leadership and board-level strategy
  • Opportunity to shape financial direction in a growing, dynamic organization
  • High visibility with strong path toward CFO-level leadership
