Are you a strategic finance leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments?

We are seeking a Director of FP&A to play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and building scalable infrastructure for a rapidly expanding organization.

What You’ll Do

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning
Deliver data-driven insights to executive leadership
Build advanced financial models to support strategic decisions
Partner with operations to drive profitability and efficiency
Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business performance
Mentor and grow a high-performing finance team

What You Bring

8–12+ years of progressive FP&A experience
Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
Strong financial modeling and analytical expertise
Experience in high-growth, high-volume environments ($250M–$1B+ preferred)
Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial leaders

Education & Systems

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamic 365, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Strong proficiency in:
- Advanced Excel (modeling, macros a plus)
- BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Financial planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.)
