General Manager – Quick Service Restaurant

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

2–5+ years of general manager experience in quick service or high-volume restaurant settings (preferably $2M+ revenue)
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proven ability to manage P&L and drive profitability
Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to brand standards
Manage full P&L responsibility, analyzing financial reports and implementing action plans for growth
Recruit, train, and develop team members, building a positive and high-performing work environment
Ensure high standards of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
Lead exceptional guest service efforts, promptly resolving concerns and driving customer satisfaction
Control inventory, waste, and labor scheduling to meet operational targets
