Retail Sales Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:

3+ Years of Retail Sales Experience In a Commission Based Environment
2+ Years of Experience Leading a Professional Sales Team In a Touch Base Sales Environment
Ability to Train and Develop Sales Professionals to Achieve Sales Goals
Self-Starter, Problem Solver and Collaborative Leader
Can Work Flexible Schedule and Available Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays when Needed
