We’re hiring a Commercial Lease Administrator to support a growing commercial real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who understands lease language, financial reporting, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment.

Commercial Lease Administrator Job Duties:

  • Abstract and administer commercial leases (NNN, CAM, escalations, renewals)
  • Track critical dates, rent increases, and tenant options
  • Partner with accounting on billing, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate lease data within property management systems
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit requests

Commercial Lease Administrator Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in commercial real estate, lease administration, or property accounting
  • Strong understanding of commercial lease structures
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar software preferred
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
