We’re hiring a Commercial Lease Administrator to support a growing commercial real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who understands lease language, financial reporting, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment.

Commercial Lease Administrator Job Duties:

Abstract and administer commercial leases (NNN, CAM, escalations, renewals)
Track critical dates, rent increases, and tenant options
Partner with accounting on billing, reconciliations, and reporting
Maintain accurate lease data within property management systems
Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit requests

Commercial Lease Administrator Qualifications:

2+ years in commercial real estate, lease administration, or property accounting
Strong understanding of commercial lease structures
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar software preferred
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
