Our litigation team represents a broad range of sophisticated clients in the health care industry, from large systems to cutting-edge digital health startups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent health care providers and suppliers in litigation matters
- Draft legal briefs, motions, and discovery documents
- Conduct depositions, internal investigations, and manage e-discovery
- Analyze complex regulatory and compliance issues
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple health law specialties
- Provide practical, strategic legal advice to clients
Job Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in California
- Located in or near Los Angeles, San Francisco, or San Diego
- 2–6 years of litigation experience, preferably including brief writing and motion practice
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in health law and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $185,000 to $330,000 (commensurate with experience)
