Vice President, Campus Dining – Northern VA

Vice President, Campus Dining Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years progressive leadership experience in college campus dining or multi-unit higher education hospitality
  • Track record guiding culinary innovation and operational excellence in campus dining (K-12, hotel, airport, stadium, or senior living experience will not be considered)
  • Demonstrated strength in partnership with C-suite and senior executives
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire large, diverse multi-unit teams
  • Strong commitment to culture, diversity, and inclusive leadership

Vice President, Campus Dining Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience building and scaling a premium college dining brand
  • Prior success in high-growth or change-oriented food service settings
  • Diverse leadership perspective valued and encouraged

Vice President, Campus Dining Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership across campus dining operations, aligning strategy with organizational values and high service standards
  • Guide culinary vision, menu innovation, and food quality for a modern, premium student dining experience
  • Ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and regulatory compliance across all campus locations
  • Coach and develop multi-unit leaders and campus management teams to deliver consistent, elevated hospitality
  • Collaborate with HR, culinary, marketing, supply chain, and facilities departments to strengthen brand and operational success
  • Serve as a strategic partner with the COO, communicating performance, initiatives, and results
