Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Complete staffing oversight for your Area of Responsibility
Teamwork in getting the whole job done over the entire restaurant
Profit & Loss accountability
Build guest loyalty

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

3-5 years in a similar full-service casual dining role OR strong experience.
Experience with annual sales volume over 5m
People passion and a kind, upbeat personality
The ability and willingness to be responsible for both FOH and BOH areas
Good tenure and food safety knowledge

Restaurant General Manager Benefits:
