We are seeking an excited, fun, and passionate Assistant General Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to help lead the front-of-house and overall operations of a Michelin-rated fine dining tasting menu restaurant, recognized by the Michelin Guide, where collaboration, precision, and genuine hospitality are at the core of everything we do. Assistant General Manager Benefits and Compensation

Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in restaurant management in full-service, high-volume restaurants (fine dining strongly preferred)
  • Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong food, beverage, and service knowledge
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
  • Demonstrated skill in inspiring, motivating, and developing employees
  • Flexible and adaptable to ongoing operational changes
  • Experience with reservation and guest management platforms such as Resy and Tock preferred

Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Fine dining, tasting menu, or Michelin-level service experience
  • Passion for hospitality-driven dining experiences
  • Strong understanding of wine, beverage programs, or pairing principles
  • Track record of maintaining consistent service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Strong collaboration with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Creative problem-solving and strong organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture
