Restaurant Manager Compensation and Benefits

Base salary $65,000 to $75,000
Attainable monthly performance bonus
Company-paid medical and dental insurance

Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications

Recent experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume full-service restaurant
Strong floor presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold the team accountable
Solid tenure in past roles with a proven track record of consistency
Comfortable working in a scratch-made kitchen environment and following established systems
Strong communication skills and a leadership style rooted in professionalism
