Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive operations leadership experience in home care, healthcare services, staffing, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations and healthcare compliance standards
  • Experience managing teams and overseeing multi-service or multi-location operations
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and resolve escalated concerns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of computer proficiency; experience with Mac/Apple systems preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours in support of a 24/7 service model
  • Successful completion of AHCA Level 2 background screening

Must Haves

  • Oversee daily coordination of 24/7 client coverage, ensuring seamless scheduling transitions and contingency planning for call-outs
  • Implement Plan B and Plan C staffing strategies to prevent service disruption
  • Maintain audit-ready AHCA and Medicaid documentation across all active client files
  • Act as escalation point for hospitals, referral partners, and family members requiring urgent resolution
  • Monitor referral pipeline and convert inquiries into fully staffed 24/7 cases
  • Develop operational systems to support scaling from single-market to multi-market service delivery
  • Supervise administrative team members and implement accountability tracking metrics
  • Partner directly with ownership on expansion strategy and revenue growth initiatives

Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in nurse registry or Medicaid-based service models
  • Background scaling healthcare operations from startup or growth phase
  • Experience preparing for regulatory audits and compliance reviews
  • High emotional intelligence with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting referral development and hospital relationship building
  • Multi-site healthcare operations exposure
