Partner Attorney Requirements & Qualifications

Active portable book of business of approximately $1M+
Significant experience in Bankruptcy and/or Commercial Litigation
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships
Strong reputation in your local or regional market
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a practice

Partner Attorney Preferred Background & Skills

Experience handling complex business disputes, restructurings, or insolvency matters
Background from a respected regional or national firm
Interest in collaborating across offices and practice groups
Business-minded approach to client service

Partner Attorney Day-to-Day Focus

Manage and grow an active client portfolio
Handle sophisticated litigation or bankruptcy matters
Collaborate with partners across offices to service shared clients
Mentor junior attorneys and help build team depth where appropriate
Contribute to strategic growth of the practice
