A growing law firm seeks a Transactional Corporate Attorney to support a busy corporate practice. The role involves advising on mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock transactions, transaction documentation, due diligence, and related corporate matters. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple transactions while working closely with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Transactional Corporate Attorney Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice
  • 1-2+ years of experience at a law firm with a focus on corporate, transactional, or M&A work
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a high-volume practice
  • Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
