General Managers for our concept need to be sincerely focused on hospitality and the development of their team. General Manager Responsibilities:

General Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on GM leadership experience in the Hospitality Operations
  • Demonstrates the ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and team member satisfaction
  • Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates team management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills, and ability to motivate and drive others
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and does not need to be micromanaged
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts: nights, mornings, mids, and weekends. Late, Late nights are required!
