General Manager Responsibilities:

General Manager Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on GM leadership experience in the Hospitality Operations
Demonstrates the ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and team member satisfaction
Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates team management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills, and ability to motivate and drive others
Self-starter who takes initiative and does not need to be micromanaged
Must be able to work flexible shifts: nights, mornings, mids, and weekends. Late, Late nights are required!
