Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

Coaching and developing the team
Must promote a hospitality-focused culture
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Thinking on your feet during a very fast-paced service while staying positive!
Motivating the team through thick and thin
Good career tenure
3 plus years of experience in the role of General Manager
Full-Service High Volume Restaurant experience required
Strong knowledge of budget management and financials
Hospitality gene and servant-leader mentality
