Restaurant Assistant Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

Coaching and developing the team.
Must promote a Hospitality focused culture
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Thinking on your feet during a very fast-paced service while staying positive
Motivating the team through thick and thin
Good career tenure.
2 plus years of experience in supervisory or management – introductory role mainly focused on leading the FOH
Full-Service High Volume Restaurant experience required
