Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Benefits & Compensation

  • End-of-year bonus up to 5% of base pay
  • Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, in-office
  • M,D,V, Vacation, 401k

Customer Service Representative Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience managing complex or high-value B2B accounts
  • Proficiency with ERP and customer service platforms (NetSuite experience preferred)
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented, professional, and dependable with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
