Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Benefits & Compensation

End-of-year bonus up to 5% of base pay
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, in-office
M,D,V, Vacation, 401k

Customer Service Representative Requirements & Qualifications

Experience managing complex or high-value B2B accounts
Proficiency with ERP and customer service platforms (NetSuite experience preferred)
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team-oriented, professional, and dependable with a customer-first mindset
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
