General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 3–5+ years management experience in high-volume, upscale dining
- Proven passion for hospitality, food & wine culture
- Lead FOH & BOH operations with excellence and professionalism
- Drive guest satisfaction, team performance & operational results
- Manage P&L, budgeting, labor forecasting & cost controls
- Partner with culinary and bar teams to deliver quality dining & beverage programs
- Recruit, train & develop top hospitality talent; build high-performing teams
- Inspire, mentor & hold managers accountable for their areas of responsibility
- Build strong community and guest relationships through presence and engagement
- Food Manager Certification required; degree in hospitality or culinary field preferred
