VP of Operations Requirements & Qualifications:
- 15–20 years of restaurant operations experience, with 5+ years in multi-unit or senior leadership
- Expertise leading fast-casual, scratch kitchen, high-volume, and drive-thru operations (drive thru experience is a requirement!)
- Experience overseeing 12+ locations
- Proven success overseeing new store builds, project management from construction through launch
- Ability to spearhead Arizona operations while coaching and supporting district leadership in an additional market
- Strong financial acumen and analytical ability to assess performance, optimize labor planning, strengthen operations, and enhance guest satisfaction
- Ability to collaborate with HR, marketing, training, finance, and development
- Willingness to travel to the East Coast market as needed for operational alignment
VP of Operations Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with franchise growth, expansion strategy, and scaling multi-unit operations
- High emotional intelligence, a motivational leadership style, and the ability to inspire teams across diverse markets
