VP of Operations Requirements & Qualifications:

15–20 years of restaurant operations experience, with 5+ years in multi-unit or senior leadership
Expertise leading fast-casual, scratch kitchen, high-volume, and drive-thru operations (drive thru experience is a requirement!)
Experience overseeing 12+ locations
Proven success overseeing new store builds, project management from construction through launch
Ability to spearhead Arizona operations while coaching and supporting district leadership in an additional market
Strong financial acumen and analytical ability to assess performance, optimize labor planning, strengthen operations, and enhance guest satisfaction
Ability to collaborate with HR, marketing, training, finance, and development
Willingness to travel to the East Coast market as needed for operational alignment

VP of Operations Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience with franchise growth, expansion strategy, and scaling multi-unit operations
High emotional intelligence, a motivational leadership style, and the ability to inspire teams across diverse markets
