Event Sales Manager Benefits:

Base salary $60K–$65K plus bonus on all events sold (total compensation $85K–$90K)

Event Sales Manager Requirements:

3+ years of experience in restaurant event sales
Background in fine dining or upscale dining
Experience negotiating pricing within booking guidelines
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Understanding of the local market and ability to network regularly
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed

Event Sales Manager Preferred Skills:

Experience with Tripleseat booking software
SevenRooms knowledge
OpenTable familiarity
