Director of Marketing – Multi-State Portfolio

We are seeking a highly strategic, hands-on Director of Marketing to lead all marketing operations for a multi-state portfolio that includes restaurants, marinas, boat dealerships, and lifestyle brands. This is a high-impact leadership role for a creative marketing professional who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and excels at building and scaling marketing programs from the ground up.

The Director of Marketing will oversee brand strategy, digital marketing, advertising, content creation, analytics, and market expansion initiatives across multiple business units. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who can balance creativity with performance—executing campaigns, managing budgets, and driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue, customer traffic, and brand awareness across multiple hospitality and lifestyle brands.
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, paid media, email/CRM campaigns, website optimization, and reputation management.
  • Manage and grow social media presence, content calendars, storytelling, and community engagement initiatives for each business vertical.
  • Create tailored campaigns for restaurants, marinas, and dealership operations—ensuring each brand resonates within its local market.
  • Lead brand development, visual identity consistency, and messaging across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
  • Use data analytics, KPIs, and performance dashboards to optimize marketing spend, measure ROI, and drive continual improvement.
  • Direct content production (photo, video, creative assets) and oversee influencer partnerships, PR opportunities, and experiential marketing.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and agency support as needed to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with operations, leadership, and local managers to align marketing execution with business goals and seasonal priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing leadership experience supporting multi-location hospitality, consumer, lifestyle, or retail brands.
  • Proven ability to independently manage the full marketing ecosystem—strategy, execution, analytics, and reporting.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing including SEO, social media strategy, paid campaigns, website management, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience developing marketing programs that support guest experience, brand visibility, lead generation, and sales growth.
  • Excellent communicator with strong writing, storytelling, and creative development skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
