Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of training and development experience; hospitality background strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of hospitality service standards and operational workflows
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills across diverse audiences
- Strong expertise in instructional design, e-learning, and LMS platforms
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and guide teams
- Analytical mindset with strength in metrics, KPIs, and data-driven optimization
- Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming-related licenses and certifications
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience designing training for multi-department hospitality or service-focused organizations
- Track record of implementing engaging digital learning programs
- Strength in developing leadership pipelines and coaching managers
- Bilingual/Spanish a plus
- Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at cross-functional collaboration
- Passion for fostering positive culture, service excellence, and team member engagement
- Ability to adapt training strategies based on operational needs and performance gaps
