Join a high-growth food manufacturing and retail organization as a Production Manager, where you will lead large-scale culinary production. This role is perfect for someone who excels in optimizing systems and coaching a team to deliver consistent, high-quality products daily.
Production Manager Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience. (up to 90K)
- Full-time, on-site position (45–50 hours/week).

Production Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in culinary, food manufacturing, or high-volume production management.
- Background as a Chef, Pastry Chef, or culinary-trained leader strongly preferred.
- Strong financial and operational acumen—comfortable with KPIs, cost control, and logistics.
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with teams at all levels.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 30+ lbs, and work evenings/weekends as needed.
Production Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience optimizing production environments and implementing process improvements.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Production Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse production team through hands-on coaching and daily supervision.
- Oversee daily production planning, execution, and logistics to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and minimal waste.
- Maintain product standards, quality, consistency, and sensory expectations.
- Support the rollout of new products through structured NPI processes.
- Strengthen collaboration with Operations and Store teams to ensure a true “customer first” production mindset.
- Monitor KPIs and key production metrics—adjusting processes as needed.
