Associate Veterinarian — Join Our Animal-Obsessed, Fun-Loving Hospital Team!

Are you a veterinarian who lights up when a wiggly tail greets you? Do you speak “meow,” excel at belly-rub diplomacy, and believe every pet deserves exceptional care? If so, you’ll fit right in with our full-service veterinary hospital network!

We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Associate Veterinarian who values high-quality medicine, great teamwork, and a supportive environment where both humans and animals thrive.

What You’ll Do (aka: Daily Acts of Pet-Saving Heroism)

  • Provide nose-to-tail exams, diagnose conditions, and build thoughtful preventive care plans
  • Create clear, problem-based diagnostic and treatment strategies
  • Keep organized, thorough medical records (bonus points for adding the occasional cute-patient note)
  • Perform routine + advanced surgeries — soft tissue, abdominal, mass removals
  • Deliver full-spectrum dental care including radiographs, extractions, and oral surgeries
  • Manage treatment plans for hospitalized patients to ensure continuity and comfort
  • Partner with our trained, passionate clinical support team to maintain exceptional medical standards

Additional Ways You’ll Shine

  • Participate in collaborative hospital rounds
  • Mentor paraprofessionals and veterinary team members
  • Help nurture a culture rooted in kindness, communication, and top-tier care

What You Bring

  • DVM (or equivalent) from an AVMA-accredited program
  • Active veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA & controlled substance registration (or ability to obtain)
  • USDA Category I Accreditation (or willingness to complete within 60 days)
  • Strong surgical, dental, and anesthesia proficiency
  • A composed, professional presence—and a genuine love for animals of all shapes and sizes

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Market-leading compensation
  • Full benefits, PTO, 401(k), CE opportunities, and ongoing support from a national veterinary network
  • 4-day work weeks for a healthier work-life balance
  • A fun, friendly environment where pets are family and laughter is encouraged

If you’re ready to practice high-quality medicine in a place where tails are always wagging and your teammates have your back, we’d love to meet you! 🐾
