General Manager – Upscale Restaurant

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a general manager in upscale dining.
Strong understanding of upscale dining standards, wine knowledge/service, and premium beverages.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people skills.
New restaurant opening experience is essential.
A positive attitude and a strong hospitality orientation.

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of upscale restaurant operations, including the bar and private dining.
Focus on wine service and sales to enhance guest experiences.
Collaborate on marketing and promotional strategies to drive business.
Foster excellent associate relations to maintain a motivated team.
Oversee financials, including P&L responsibility, to ensure profitability.
