Residential Real Estate Associate Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in residential real estate.
Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
Strong understanding of residential closings and title work.

Residential Real Estate Associate Preferred Background & Skills

Experience conducting residential closings efficiently and effectively.
Familiarity with marketing efforts and presenting educational content to agents.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Residential Real Estate Associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Conduct residential closings, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
Review and clear title issues with expertise and attention to detail.
Serve as a resource to the managing attorney, staff, agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers.
Assist with marketing initiatives for the home office and practice group.
Present monthly educational sessions for real estate agents and attend industry events.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical requirements in all communications and interactions.
