Residential Real Estate Associate Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in residential real estate.
- Licensed to practice law in Georgia.
- Strong understanding of residential closings and title work.
Residential Real Estate Associate Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience conducting residential closings efficiently and effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing efforts and presenting educational content to agents.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Residential Real Estate Associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct residential closings, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Review and clear title issues with expertise and attention to detail.
- Serve as a resource to the managing attorney, staff, agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers.
- Assist with marketing initiatives for the home office and practice group.
- Present monthly educational sessions for real estate agents and attend industry events.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical requirements in all communications and interactions.
