We are a Florida-based restaurant group looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team! Our from-scratch concepts focus on the entire culinary experience from drinks to dessert and every detail in between. If you have a knack for the details and an appreciation for the team as a whole, we want to meet you!

Restaurant Manager Benefits:

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

3+ years of managerial experience in a high-volume fine dining or upscale restaurant
Demonstrated ability to lead both FOH and BOH teams
Strong capability to train, empower, and motivate staff
Genuine guest-first mentality
Passion for delivering great service, food, and beverage

Restaurant Manager Preferred Skills:

A true passion for hospitality and delivering consistent excellence
Strong sense of consistency, standards, and operational excellence
